PROCEDURES	Client brings forth the following: Letter of Intent (LOI) Client Information Sheet (CIS) Copy of passport Proof of Funds (POF) or Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) Authority to Verify (ATV). Client speaks to intake officer of a private bank who also writes the contracts. If client wishes to move forward a contract is issued to the client for review. Client signs contract and returns it to the private bank. Naming client as beneficiary, issued BG is deposited into client's account to act as collateral. Against client's funds, new issue instruments are delivered into client's account to be purchased. Client pays for fresh cut instruments as agreed Collateral BG is returned to the private bank.
NOTES	This offer is from a private European bank. Bank will also monetize the FC paper at 65% LTV in a non-recourse manner.
