The focus of Magister Operis™ is to mastermind the construction environment and operations in such a way that all parties succeed both financially as well as in project accuracy. This achieved via Magister Operis' roots as a subcontractor which provides Magister Operis a unique and very organic understanding of how construction really works.

Magister Operis uses specialized computer-aided design (CAD) software to create digital 3-Dimensional (3-D) models of proposed structures within digital 3-D real estate. Today these digital models and digital files are often known as Building Information Modeling (BIM). BIM models can be interfaced with various other software including project management, financial, structural and mechanical engineering, energy analysis, and other software which makes the models extremely intelligent and useful.The BIM models can be used to provide intelligence for various precision computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) and grading machinery as well as precisely position materials and components on the jobsite. 

BIM counts members and reads surfaces for ultra accurate budgets, reduces office time & overhead for projects once put into motion, as well as provides Instant real-time accurate and informative reports for all parties. Intelligently implemented BIM also synchronizes the building site, foundation, structural, mechanical, and finish materials, which allows all parties to work in mutual harmony and to profit in a predictable manner.


Legal Control

Architectural, General, and Subcontracts are written custom to each individual project and synchronized in real-time  to reduce potential conflicts/misunderstandings that always arise with generic contracts.

No conflict arises when all is "under control" from a project being engineered to maintain control.

Trade Subcontracts · Subcontracts are written custom to each trade and are adapted to the main tasks that each project presents to clearly specify the responsibility of both the subcontractor and the general contractor and/or owner. This eliminates much of the project's mystery of when and how each process is to be accomplished. ¨

  • Onboard and strategic alliances with professional subcontractors are of substantial benefit to any general contractor and/or owner.
