A Magister Operis Service

Integrity as a Service

Integrity as a Service is the discipline Magister Operis brings to a transaction so that it holds up — factually, legally, and financially — from first submission through to close.

Magister Operis is a co-engineering firm. Its work is to make the built environment — and the transactions that fund and govern it — accurate, efficient, predictable, and sound for the people who design, finance, build, and own them.

Capital is necessary but not sufficient. Money, on its own, cannot buy accuracy, honesty, or a counterparty that actually does what it committed to do. The parties who close cleanly are the ones who secure those things deliberately and early — which is precisely the work of this service.

Magister Operis makes that discipline available across a range of working formats:

Funding, compliance & documentation

  • KYC/AML due diligence and pre-compliance assessment.
  • Project and business funding packaging for submissions.
  • Sourcing of collateral providers for project funding.
  • International legal and transaction documents — deeds of agreement (DOA), sales-purchase agreements (SPA), working agreements, IMFPAs, and sub-fee agreements.

Development, construction & delivery

  • Socio-economic development and planning at the community and national scale.
  • Master planning and construction engineering built on Building Information Modeling (BIM) and current methods, so projects run accurate, efficient, flexible, sustainable, and profitable — for owners, builders, and subcontractors alike.
  • Building subcontractor and workforce coordination systems — combining technology with a teamwork-oriented culture that replaces the finger-pointing, mistakes, and delays typical of construction projects.

Procurement & fulfillment

  • Commodity, machinery, financial, and professional-services procurement and fulfillment.

What Integrity as a Service Is Not

Integrity as a Service is not a substitute for the disciplines that already do their work well.

Magister Operis is not here to replace architects, engineers, or builders. The firm takes over where those professions typically leave off — at the seam between excellent design, sound engineering, competent construction, and the institutional, contractual, and capital structures that determine whether a project actually closes and operates well. True efficiency begins inside the art of master building, which is the definition of architecture itself.

The firm is likewise not a substitute for licensed counsel, licensed broker-dealers, licensed real-estate professionals, or licensed bankers. It works alongside them, in the role that those professions historically lacked: the master of the work itself.

When Integrity as a Service Helps Most

This engagement returns the most to principals who want a clean, efficient close — who bring real facts forward early and would rather invest in getting a submission right than absorb the far larger cost of a preventable failure later. If that is already how you operate, the service simply makes you faster, better prepared, and harder to refuse.

A principal with an asset or a funding application may send documentation for review at no charge. The review determines one of two outcomes: the package is submittable as it stands, and Magister Operis proceeds with it; or the package requires work, and a working agreement is proposed under the Engagement Structure.

How work begins

Qualification. Sellers, buyers, funders, intermediaries and project owners begin at the qualification portal. There is no charge for qualification, or for the document review that follows it.

Consultation Time. A single question, a document read before it is signed, or instruction in how the intermediary and broker world operates. Purchased by the hour or by the minute. No scope, no retainer, no agreement.

Engagement Structure. Sustained matters — government and public-sector mandates, corporate transactions, and private principals whose work requires ongoing capacity. Scope is established first, retainers are quoted against it, and work begins on payment.
