One-hour minimum, and up to five hours may be purchased at checkout. Additional hours bill at the same tier rate. Prepaid hours apply to the tier purchased; if the work falls in a higher tier, the difference is invoiced before that work begins. Unused hours do not expire. Hours purchased here are a separate transaction and are not credited against any retainer under a working agreement. Under a working agreement, time is billed in six-minute increments at the applicable tier rate. Scheduling confirmation arrives by email within one business day of purchase.
METERED ACCESS BY THE MINUTE
Per-minute access for questions that do not require a full hour. Billed to your card by the minute. The first minute is not charged.
$17 per minute. Metered access is priced above the hourly tier schedule. A scheduled hour is planned work; a metered call is unscheduled and carries no minimum. At $17 per minute, about thirty-five minutes costs the same as one Tier 3 hour. Past that point an hourly block costs less, and you will be told so on the call.
WHAT IS NOT PURCHASED HERE
Mobilization, Working, and Travel Retainers are not sold by the hour. Which retainers apply, and in what amounts, is determined per engagement and fixed in the working agreement before work begins. How work begins
Qualification. Sellers, buyers, funders, intermediaries and project owners begin at the qualification portal. There is no charge for qualification, or for the document review that follows it.
Consultation Time. A single question, a document read before it is signed, or instruction in how the intermediary and broker world operates. Purchased by the hour or by the minute. No scope, no retainer, no agreement.
Engagement Structure. Sustained matters — government and public-sector mandates, corporate transactions, and private principals whose work requires ongoing capacity. Scope is established first, retainers are quoted against it, and work begins on payment.
