HOURLY BLOCKS

Each tier is available by the hour at the published rate. The applicable tier is determined by the nature of the work in that hour.

Not sure which tier applies? Start a metered call or send a description of what you need. You will be told which hourly block fits before you buy one.

One-hour minimum, and up to five hours may be purchased at checkout. Additional hours bill at the same tier rate. Prepaid hours apply to the tier purchased; if the work falls in a higher tier, the difference is invoiced before that work begins. Unused hours do not expire, and hours purchased here credit against a Working Retainer if the matter converts. Scheduling confirmation arrives by email within one business day of purchase.

METERED ACCESS BY THE MINUTE

Per-minute access for questions that do not require a full hour. Billed to your card by the minute. The first minute is not charged.

$17 per minute. Metered access is priced above the hourly tier schedule. A scheduled hour is planned work; a metered call is unscheduled and carries no minimum. At $17 per minute, about thirty-five minutes costs the same as one Tier 3 hour. Past that point an hourly block costs less, and you will be told so on the call.

WHAT IS NOT PURCHASED HERE

Mobilization, Working, and Travel Retainers are not sold by the hour. Which retainers apply, and in what amounts, is determined per engagement and fixed in the working agreement before work begins.
