Jeff Sadler: This was the second house to go up in Mr. Sadler's Paran Oaks neighborhood, which he designed to provide the formality and function of by-gone eras with the utmost in quality features. He succeeded at selling this residence as one of the highest quality per dollar houses sold in the Buckhead/Sandy Springs area.

Jerry Brousseau: Mr. Brousseau , the project manager, executed the numerous complex cuts and layouts, as well as maintaining the overall project's accuracy for the various highly custom components at this project.
