§  The firm does not engage in "private equity fund raising".

o   Much of the firm's business activities range from typical to innovative and from middle to upper market and extreme cap in the international private equity sphere.

o   Liquid and illiquid assets are leveraged into Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) that manages risk by distributing funds across multiple investments that often include:

§  Hyper-trading

§  Quantitive-trading

§  Managed buy-sell

o   Privacy and strategy is the key modality in both structure and operations.

o   Currently involved in all major market sectors except healthcare.

o   Transactions are closed via direct interaction of all parties’ legal councils.  (attorney to attorney)
