This project would allow Magister Operis to construct three luxury lake front residences, to be for sale on a speculative basis, that are each very architecturally diverse from each other in order to demonstrate the absolute flexibility and performance of state-of-the-art technology combined with prefabrication mentalities that date back thousands of years within many of the world’s most respected architectural works. The materials and techniques of design and material selections of each residence will blur most people’s perception in what a personal residence is limited to in regards to character, durability, energy performance, disaster resistance, and facility management possibilities. These projects would make the worshiped spirits of the late architects Richard Morris Hunt, John Lautner, and Green and Green very proud. Demand for the marketed specs of these residences is expected to be brisk even before actual construction begins.
