Bankable Feasibility

What a funding bank will rely on, and how to obtain it through our institutional partner.

You have the project, the site and the plan. What turns it into a fundable project is feasibility documentation a funding bank will rely on. This page sets out what that looks like, and how Magister Operis makes it available.

What bankable feasibility looks like

It answers one question: when capital is deployed against this project, does it return the deployment with a predictable margin over the life of the investment? Six tests answer it.

TestWhat it asks
Public sponsorship Where a government is party: does its sponsorship survive election cycles?
Regulatory trajectory Are the rules transparent, stable and enforceable over the funding term?
Financial discipline Does the capital structure hold under stress?
Organisational capacity Is the team matched to the project's complexity?
Escalation triggers Do independent triggers stop a failing project before sunk cost takes over?
Scenario resilience Does the project survive regulatory and market volatility, tested rather than assumed?

And it is built as a record, not an opinion:

  • Every assumption and its rationale on file, so a credit officer can check it.
  • Scenarios stress-tested, not a single forecast.
  • Prepared by a party with no stake in the funding outcome.
  • Founded on engineering, market and corporate inputs the bank can verify.

Where projects fall short

You haveWhat the funding bank sees
A business plan and pro forma you prepared Your forecast, untested
A study from a consultant chosen on price A study built to someone else's standard, which may have to be redone
Budget set aside for feasibility, not yet spent The strongest position, if it is spent once and spent correctly

Available through our institutional partner

Magister Operis makes this work available through the institutional partner behind its project-funding channel.

  • A team of PhDs using proprietary, award-winning predictive-modelling software.
  • Scenarios for risk, opportunity, crisis management and investment assessment, stress-tested for feasibility and resilience.
  • Capital-alignment forecasts for investment durations of up to thirty years.
  • Output: a formal simulation record and an investor-grade confidence report.
  • Fees are scoped per project and are not tied to the funding outcome.

What you bring

The modelling tests the project; it does not invent it.

  • Engineering: site, resource or feedstock data, technical design, capital and operating cost estimates, from your engineers or EPC contractor.
  • Market: documented demand, with named buyers or off-take terms.
  • Corporate: the pre-compliance items listed on Project Funding.

How it begins

  1. Send a one-page summary (sector, location, size), any feasibility work that exists, and the budget set aside for feasibility, to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. from a company email address.
  2. Review, at no charge: what exists, what is missing, and whether the project is ready to be modelled.
  3. Scope and fee quoted per project before any work begins.
  4. Modelling proceeds; the record and report support the pre-compliance package for funding.
