An associate of Magister Operis™ has various trading accounts in top banks. The associate is willing to enter into joint ventures with owners of cash, instruments, stocks, etc. for mutual gain through monetization and/or trading of an asset through the trading accounts.

1. Magister Operis collects enough intelligent information about the assets, the relationships involved, etc. to organize and refine and then present the deal to the associate for his consideration.
2. Parties are introduced to each other.
3. A draft contract is created for both parties to co-engineer with each other until it is win-win for both parties. 
4. Contract is signed, transaction begins, and profits distributed as agreed.
