It is not uncommon for various parties to claim certain laws and regulations apply to a transaction. It is a fact that MANY parties have circulated claims of applicable laws and regulations that either don't exist and/or can't be referenced.

Magister Operis™ expects that any laws and/or regulations that are expected to be respected within a transaction to be accurate referenced preferrably via a link to the exact regulation and/or law.

Magister Operis will not allow itself to fall victim to the typical mindless "do as you are told" or "obey without intelligent reference", and/or typical brain-washing that many brokers and some principals engage within. If you want your claims that laws and/or regulations apply to a transaction... please be man/woman enough to supply an official link to whatever you want proper respect towards.
