It is typical for many brokers to blame other brokers for delays that they themselves can easily prevent.

Make sure you are clear within the following:

  1. What is your actual relationship to the principal?
  2. What evidence is there that the person that you are saying is the princiipal is the authentic principal?
  3. What makes the deal really real?
  4. What business is the principal in that justifies their ownership of funds or assets to sell?
  5. What makes the principal able to close and under what conditions?
  6. How many people need to get paid within the transaction and what the the relationships of these people to the transaction?
