It is typical for many brokers to blame other brokers for delays that they themselves can easily prevent.
Make sure you are clear within the following:
- What is your actual relationship to the principal?
- What evidence is there that the person that you are saying is the princiipal is the authentic principal?
- What makes the deal really real?
- What business is the principal in that justifies their ownership of funds or assets to sell?
- What makes the principal able to close and under what conditions?
- How many people need to get paid within the transaction and what the the relationships of these people to the transaction?
